Creating a Culture for Engaging Volunteer Accountability and Commitment

someone offers to volunteer with your organization? Center For Leadership Wellness's techniques and tools
will help you manage volunteers successfully. Don't miss this valuable training covering four centralized points
of focus from the reasons why people volunteer, management & training, as well as the topic of terminating
volunteers and can you do it.


Tricia Hoyt, Ph.D. Cand., Director of Evangelization, Family Ministry and Adult Formation at St Patrick Catholic
Community, has taught on the practice of leadership for over 20 years. She is also a biblical scholar and
theologian, author, and retreat director, and serves on the faculty of the University of Mary and the University of
Incarnate Word. Previously she served as the director of the Office of Peace & Justice for the Diocese of Phoenix
and as Director of the School of Biblical Studies at Kino Institute.

Donna Chase is an Executive Coach & Business Consultant who enjoyed a 32-year career in the Aerospace
Industry. She now leads her own company focused on Leadership & Transitions coaching. Donna holds a BS in
Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, a MA in Theology & Biblical Studies from Fuller
Theological Seminary, and is a certified Leadership Coach through the Hudson Institute.

Rick Hardy, Director of Programming at the Franciscan Renewal Center, earned a Master's Degree in Pastoral
Theology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 2009, and has served as a director of faith
formation, pastoral associate, and director of music and liturgy in Arizona, California, and Michigan.


The Center for Leadership Wellness is a part of the Franciscan Renewal Center in Paradise Valley, AZ.  Its
widely acclaimed "Survival School" Seminar is a five-day course in the recruiting, placement and
management of volunteers, offering affirming and effective tools for implementing virtually any vision of
ethical leadership.

altogether.
